2) Annual Consent and Release Form/Emergency info Beginning this fall, the Diocese of Bridgeport is requiring a simple consent and release for use in all parishes across the diocese. This form allows consistent language across all parishes and will provide parents with one simple form for the whole family. After completing the form, you will receive an email with all the information you have submitted and resources to share with your children about staying safe online and at school. Schedule for 2026-2027: Our classes are usually held from 9:45 to 10:30 on Sunday mornings, followed by attending Mass.
However, this is subject to change based on the number of students and classes each year.
Tuition: 1 student: 225$
2 students in a family: 300$
3 students in a family: 375$
Communion fee: $60
Confirmation fee: $100
*Note: While tuition is important for sustaining our program, we also understand that your child receiving the sacraments is the most important aspect, so we are quite flexible within this framework.
**We also hold events for the kids whenever possible such as game nights with pizza etc.

The objective of our Faith Formation Program is to deepen our children’s knowledge about the Catholic faith and to inspire them to live their lives in imitation of Jesus. Ultimately, we want our students to practice their faith and become disciples of Jesus.
• Grade 3 students attend the prep classes for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion. Grade 7 and 8 students attend prep classes for the celebration of Confirmation. • All students must have their baptismal certificate on file in the Religious Education office. • Older students new to the program must also submit a copy of their First Holy Communion certificate. Safe Environment Library - These videos complement our safe environment training and are listed here for use by parents, teachers, catechists, and those who wish to learn more about providing an environment that is safe for our young people.
